Mahi Alchemy Chardonnay 2022 is a single-vineyard Marlborough Chardonnay from the Badlands site in Rapaura. Green melon and citrus peel lead the nose, with a creamy mid-palate adding weight and texture while fresh acidity keeps the wine linear and composed. Whole-cluster pressing, indigenous yeast fermentation in French oak and extended ageing on yeast lees build complexity without making the wine broad. A subtle tropical note carries through a long, balanced finish.
