Dice by Dicey Chardonnay 2025 is a Central Otago Chardonnay made with Mendoza fruit from Bannockburn’s Black Rabbit vineyard. Aromas of ripe peach, citrus and flowers lead into a rich, balanced palate with supple texture and refreshing acidity. Whole-bunch pressing, indigenous yeast fermentation and full malolactic fermentation build depth, while ageing in older barrels and regular lees stirring add a gentle creamy quality. The finish remains lively and composed, with ripe fruit at its core.
