Vasse Felix Heytesbury Chardonnay 2024 is a dry Margaret River white wine made from selected Gingin-clone vineyard plots. Aromas of peach, mandarin peel and preserved lemon meet savoury sage, roasted cashew, struck flint and wet stone. The palate is richly layered yet precise, with peach, ginger, fennel and kaffir lime over a gentle saline edge, finishing long, dry and tightly structured. Ray Jordan awarded the 2024 vintage 99 points in WA Wine Review, calling it an extraordinary wine of tension, energy and power. Serve with seafood, roast poultry or creamy dishes.
