Description
Dicey Bannockburn Chardonnay 2022 is a single-region Central Otago Chardonnay sourced from the Inlet and Black Rabbit vineyards. Aromas of citrus, yellow peach and pineapple lead into a succulent, lively palate with a fine mineral edge. Whole bunch pressing, indigenous yeast fermentation and barrel ageing build texture and savoury complexity, while bright acidity keeps the finish focused and fresh. The vintage was matured in French oak puncheons, with a portion of the wine completing malolactic fermentation.
