Paritua Single Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 2024 comes from the estate vineyard in Hawke’s Bay, where the Cabernet vines are dry-farmed and hand-harvested. The 2024 vintage opens with dark cherry, plum and mocha, lifted by wet stone, graphite, allspice and leather. Its concentrated palate is silky and seamless, with fine-grained tannins, cedar and a touch of vanilla. A rich, structured Hawke’s Bay Cabernet with a long finish and the depth to develop in the cellar. Rated 95/100 by Sam Kim of Wine Orbit.
