The vineyards are drawn primarily from McLaren Vale and Coonawarra, regions well suited to producing structured, expressive Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon. Warm days, cooling influences and diverse soil profiles allow for full flavour development while retaining freshness and definition. Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz sit at the core of the portfolio, supported by carefully considered blends and selected white varieties where regional strength permits.
