The Black Chook Shiraz is sourced from the premium grape growing region of McLaren Vale, South Australia. A Mediterranean climate with warm, dry summers and cool, wet winters makes this region well-suited to growing high-quality Shiraz grapes.

This wine has bright aromas of red cherry, berries, and lifted floral notes with hints of vanilla and mocha. Generously loaded with red fruits, the palate is balanced by fine supple tannins and lingering spice notes. A soft, round Shiraz with great fruit length, generosity, and drinkability.
