Rockford’s 2022 Moppa Springs is a Barossa Valley blend of Grenache, Mataro and Shiraz. Aromas of rose and violet lead into raspberry, pomegranate and savoury spice, with a supple, structured palate and a dry, savoury finish. The wines are fermented in open slate tanks and matured separately in seasoned oak before blending.
