Description
Pewsey Vale Riesling 2025 is a classic dry Eden Valley Riesling, pale straw in colour with green hues. Fine dried herbs, white flowers, lemon and lime lead into a long, rich palate of grapefruit, lime, fresh rosemary, white pepper and a hint of tropical fruit. Fresh natural acidity balances the flavour intensity, while a mineral finish supports medium to long-term cellaring. Ray Jordan rated the 2025 vintage 95 points; Halliday and Wine Advocate each awarded it 94 points.
