Description
Pask Small Batch Viognier 2020 is a Hawke’s Bay white wine made from fruit grown in Gimblett Gravels. It opens with white floral aromas, ripe apricot and a hint of boxwood, followed by a soft, creamy palate of silky apricot, gentle spice and vanilla. Cool fermentation in stainless steel and oak barriques preserves fresh fruit character, while oak puncheon ageing on yeast lees with regular stirring adds texture and weight. The wine finishes clean and fresh. Enjoy with seafood or poultry.
