Man O’ War Pinque Rosé 2026 is a dry, fresh rosé from Waiheke Island, made from Chardonnay, Merlot, Malbec, Syrah and Cabernet Franc. The fruit was hand-picked from coastal vineyards and gently pressed before cool fermentation in stainless steel. Pale salmon in colour, it opens with wild strawberry, watermelon, white peach and rose petal, followed by crushed herbs and a hint of sea spray. The palate is crisp and dry, with red berries, citrus blossom, a taut mineral line and a clean saline finish. Enjoy with seafood, grilled fish, salads or as an aperitif.
