Laurent-Perrier Brut Millésimé 2018 is a vintage Champagne blended from 52% Chardonnay and 48% Pinot Noir, sourced from selected crus in the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims. Aged for more than seven years, it opens with pink grapefruit, vine peach and mirabelle plum. The precise, lively palate brings candied clementine, pastry and acacia honey, followed by a delicate mineral and saline finish. James Suckling awarded the 2018 vintage 96 points, praising its freshness and complexity. Serve with seafood, noble fish or poultry.
