Lake Hayes wines are a reflection of the land from which they’re grown — a bold, dynamic landscape that’s full of wow, everywhere you look. We source our grapes from carefully selected vineyards across Central Otago’s best growing areas and try to let that fruit express itself each vintage.
The result? Wines that are young and lively, yet balanced and sophisticated. Delicious, early-drinking styles full of fresh, fruity appeal.
On the 45th parallel, Central Otago is one of the world’s most southerly wine regions. Renowned for Pinot Noir, it’s also home to vineyards which produce vibrant and aromatic white wines. Lake Hayes’ winemakers work with growers from across the region, selecting fruit that represents the best of their varietal to create plush, red fruited Pinot Noirs lush, fruity Pinot Gris and fresh, bright Sauvignon Blanc.

Our team works hard to get your products to your door as quickly as possible. Having various warehouses and logistics teams located around New Zealand helps us get the job done.
