Greywacke Pinot Gris 2024, from Greywacke in Marlborough, New Zealand, expresses a richly textured and expressive Pinot Gris style typical of the region. The nose reveals generous aromas of white nectarine, pear, stone fruit and subtle baking-spice notes. On the palate it is medium-bodied and supple, combining luscious peach and apricot flavours with a hint of citrus zest, gentle almond-like nuttiness and a fine mineral undertow that lends depth. The acidity remains balanced and the finish is long, slightly off-dry and inviting. A recent 2024 tasting awarded this wine 95/100 for its complexity and richness. Greywacke Pinot Gris 2024 is elegant, textured and versatile, ideal with roasted pork, creamy dishes or summer salads. ABV 14.4 percent, screw-cap closure.

About Greywacke Wines

Greywacke (pronounced Greywacky) is the Marlborough label of the Judd family and the name of New Zealand’s most abundant bedrock.
