Dice by Dicey Rosé 2025 is a lively, savoury Central Otago rosé with aromas of raspberry, peach and sherbet. The palate is fresh and lithe, with bright red-fruit character and a supple texture. Whole-bunch and destemmed grapes were pressed together, then fermented with indigenous yeast in barrel. Regular lees stirring after fermentation adds complexity while preserving the wine’s crisp, dry finish. Made from Pinot Noir grown in Bannockburn, it is ready to enjoy on release.
