The palate is dense yet supple, balancing ripe dark fruit with savoury detail and an elegant, finely textured finish. Fermented with indigenous yeast and a portion of whole bunches, then matured in French oak, this wine shows a focused expression of Bannockburn fruit. Enjoy on release while its vibrant fruit and polished structure are at their best.
